Backhaul Service
Trillion Partners, Inc. offers various options for wireless backhaul. Trillion can backhaul the cellular traffic from the cell site to a customer's aggregation point (such as the fiber exchange point shown below) or Trillion can backhaul the traffic back to the carrier's Mobile Switching Center (MSC).

Trillion uses licensed microwave, fiber or a combination of both to deliver reliable backhaul. All microwave links are built with carrier-grade FCC licensed microwave technology to provide interference-free links.
Trillion most often uses the 11, 18 and 23 GHz bands. Links are full duplex to provide simultaneous two-way data transmission. Near zero latency per link provides very high quality voice and video. Latency averages about .3 millisecond per link. Trillion will provide either a copper or a fiber handoff to the customer.
Networks are designed using a star, ring or hybrid network topology (partial mesh) to meet your reliability and availability goals. Network topology will vary based on the geography and terrain of the cell site locations.
Issues are responded to by the Trillion NOC which is staffed with professional network technicians and network engineers. The majority of issues are proactively detected through Trillion's monitoring solution and resolved remotely. However if onsite support is needed, field service technicians located throughout the United States will respond to the service call.
The customer Web portal gives customers full visibility into the availability and performance of their backhaul solution. Customers can also view real time and historical tickets, real time and historical performance reports and project status.
