Support Services
Trillion Support Services provides 24x7x365 remote monitoring and support for our network infrastructure solutions. Trillion Support Services are delivered via our Network Operations Center (NOC) located in Austin, Texas and our field service personnel located throughout the United States. NOC engineers and field technicians are Trillion employees and have years of experience with network operations and customer service. Trillion takes customer service very seriously and all Trillion employees are compensated based on our customer satisfaction ratings.
To provide redundancy, we also have partnered with a company based in Florida that offers additional NOC support and field technician support.
Customers also have access to the Trillion Customer Connect Web Portal. Around the clock, customers can check network status, monitor the performance of their network, view case information in real time, and more. We continually monitor the health and availability of the network. If an issue occurs, Trillion experts will drive the issue to resolution.
Customer Connect Web Portal
The Trillion Web Portal allows customers to interact with the NOC electronically and monitor status of their network 24x7. The portal offers the following:
- Real-time and historical case information
- Real-time and historical bandwidth utilization graphs
- Trillion support contact information
- Customer interface to open a service case
- Project status information
- Alerts in the event of update on a service case and/or any maintenance event that has been scheduled
- Online provisioning requests
